Follow the steps below to successfully migrate Easy Directory 1.0 to Easy Directory 2.0

Please download the Easy Directory 2.0 Beta Manifest and upload it to your Corporate Teams Catalog. You can grant user based permissions, to decide who will be able to take part of the open beta.
The migration from Easy Directory 1.0 to Easy Directory can be carried out easily, quickly and completely independently. All you have to do is follow the steps in these instructions:
Please note that Easy Directory 1.0 will be migrated by us on 1.1.2025 at the latest.
To start the migration, you must open the migration link that we provided to you on 9.12.2024. As soon as you have opened the link, you will be asked to log in. Log in here with your Global Administrator account to start the migration wizard
As soon as the migration wizard has started, you will see the following start prompt and can begin the migration
You need now to give additional permissions required for Easy Directory 2.0 Therefor you need to press the button "Grant Permissions"
After pressing the "Give Consult" button a pop up will appear. There you have to sign in with your admin account (The same account you used in step 1). As soon as you finished you can press "Accept"
After you have given the authorizations, you must press "validate" to check whether the authorizations have been given correctly. Once they have been entered correctly you can press "Next"
In the next step, you have to grant further permissions for the new Easy Directory Configuration Center

After all authorizations have been given, your subscription will be selected. Here you have the option of checking all the information and changing it if necessary. As soon as you have checked everything, you can click on “Continue”
In the next step, you will see an overview of all tags used in version 1.0. Here you can decide whether you want to migrate all or only certain tags. To do this, you can activate the checkbox marked. As soon as you agree with the selection, you can click on “Continue”
After you have defined everything you want to migrate, you can now start the migration by clicking on “Start Upgrade”. This migration can take a few minutes and depends on how many contacts you have.
As soon as the migration has been completed, you will see the following view. You can now exit the migration wizard and you will be redirected to the configuration platform
