Manage your licenses

Subscription Management

The licenses can be managed via the configuration portal

Now click on "Manage Subscription". You will then be redirected to the Microsoft 365 admin center, where you can adjust your license.

Now click on “Reserve Seats”. Here you can assign a license directly to a user

Reserve Seats

Here you can see an overview of the users to whom you have assigned the license directly. If you want to assign a license to a new user, you have to enter the email address of the user in the marked area and confirm it.
