When you combine the power of Presence Status with Custom Views, you create an efficient way to manage your contacts. Tag them, group them by department, and you’ll have real-time visibility of their availability.

Activate presence cards

To activate the new presence cards, simply activate Show presence cards under Options.

Presence cards are reduced to the necessary information only and can be applied across different source types, and are especially useful for keeping track of your colleagues’ presence status. We’ve made it simple - all sources except Microsoft Entra ID are de-selected by default, so you only see the information that matters most.
